Ingredients

1 ¼ cups onions
chopped
¼ cup water
1 each celery stalks
chopped
2 cups potatoes
cubed
¼ cup carrots
sliced
½ cup cabbage
shredded
½ cup kale
chopped
½ cup water
1 each garlic cloves
½ teaspoon salt
or to taste
½ teaspoon paprika

Directions

Cook onion in water over low heat for 25 minutes.

Add remaining ingredients and cook for 30 minutes.
