Directions

Combine the flour, oats, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and sugar in a bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients and blend.

Spoon into oiled muffin tins or paper muffin cups.

Bake in a 375 degree F oven for 15 to 20 minutes.

amount of wheat flour to be used I believe is incorrect, needs to be checked, I would say 3/4 cup instead of 3 cups
