Ingredients

4medium mangos

158ml light corn syrup
118ml lemon juice

Directions

Peel, pit, and cut mangoes to make 3 cups chunks.

In a blender or food processor, whirl fruit with corn syrup and lemon juice until smooth.

Freeze to achieve desired consistency, 3 to 5 hours.

Do you freeze it in an ice cream maker, or make like a semifreddo or granita? The recipe does not state how.

Hi, Lynn. You don't have to use ice cream maker to churn the sorbet. It's the kind of recipe that you can make without a ice-cream maker, just simply process everything, then freeze it.But churning it in an ice-cream maker is always better if you can.
