Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
2 large eggs
1 cup rice
partially cooked
1 x cabbage
shredded

1 small onions
chopped
½ teaspoon garlic salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 can tomato soup
1 can water

Directions

In 9 x 13-inch pan or casserole put a layer of shredded cabbage.

In bowl mix ground beef, eggs, rice, onion, garlic salt and pepper.

Layer on top of cabbage.

Add another layer of cabbage on top of ground beef mixture then add water and soup mixture and pour over.

Bake 1 hour at 375℉ (190℃) F or until done.
