Honey Glazed Mini Carrots
Honey, butter, lemon juice, salt and pepper, these a few ingredients create a tasty, sweet and buttery glazed mini carrots.
Combine carrots, water, honey, butter and salt in a large skillet.
Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat.
Cover and cook until tender, about 7 minutes.
Uncover and cook, stirring often, until the liquid is a syrupy glaze, 2 minutes or more.
Stir in lemon juice and pepper.
Sprinkle with parsley.
Serve warm or chilled.
