Directions

Sift the flour.

In a mixing bowl combine the flour, sugar, yeast and salt.

Mix well about one minute.

Pour olive oil and water, mix well.

Now clean dry working surface and knead by hand about 10 minutes.

After that punch the dough down and make a ball.

Cover the ball and allow to rice for about 10 minutes.

Clean a dry working surface and roll out pizza dough to ¼ inch thick (using a rolling pin .

Sprinkle some flour on the work surface).

Next place it on the 9 inch diameter pizza pan (you can use a little olive oil to lightly grease ).

Cover with a damp tea towel and leave in warm place for 20 minutes or until the edges rise slightly.

After that build a little rim/crust around the edges with your fingers.

Prick the crust with a fork at a few places.

Now spread pizza sauce and favorite topping and bake the pizza about 25 minutes. at 220 cup degrees or until the crust is golden brown.

Serve and enjoy.
