Directions

Blend the milk and the vanilla. Add the sugar a little at a time until smooth. Stir in the coconut.

The mixture should be firm. Pat firmly into a 9x13 pan and chill until firm.

Cut into bars and dip into melted chocolate and let cool on waxed paper for several hours.

These things are awesome! I always use the Mounds coconut when I make these, because it has so much flavor. I have made one change to this recipe that makes it even more delicious. Instead of vanilla extract, I use coconut extract.
