Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
14 ounces cactus
drained

½ cup onions
chopped
14 ounces tomatoes, canned
with chilies, diced

Directions

Cook ground beef and onions until done, drain off grease.

Mix in the cactus and tomatoes and simmer for about 20 minutes.
