Ingredients

3tablespoons butterVideo
½teaspoon salt
3tablespoons flour, all-purpose
teaspoon black pepper *
cups milkVideo
¾teaspoon parsley flakes *
1cup mushrooms fresh*
2cans green beans *
1large egg yolk
3tablespoons onion
teaspoon paprika *
2cups bread crumbs buttered
½cup butterVideo (for bread crumbs)

Directions

Make cream sauce of butter, salt, pepper, flour and milk.

Add beaten egg yolk, onion, parsley flakes, paprika, and mushrooms. Cook for 1 minute.

Place green beans in buttered casserole dish and pour sauce over green beans and top with buttered bread crumbs.

Bake in oven at 350℉ (180℃) for about 1 hour.
