Directions

Drain the cheese, cube it and place it in a large salad bowl.

Add the cucumbers, red peppers, olives, tomatoes, onion and pasta and mix well.

Whisk the olive oil, vinegar, oregano, salt and pepper and lemon juice in a bowl and then pour over the salad and toss.
