Directions

Editor's Note: I have seen a version of this recipe that also included chopped tomatoes and okra. 1. In a large pot, sauté onion with a little butter or margarine.
2. Add chicken broth 3. Heat to a boil then had a heaping tablespoon of peanut butter. Stir to melt before adding next tablespoonful. 4. Add tomato paste, stir. 5. Add cut up chicken and spinach or other vegetables 6. Add salt, pepper, and chili peppers to taste. 7. Heat and serve over rice.
