Fruit Salad with Lime Yogurt

 

Fresh fruit salad, you can eat it at breakfast, after meals, any time, it is an excellent option.

Ingredients

For the fruit:
1 large honeydew melon
ripe, seeded and cut into 1 1/2-inch chunks

1 pint strawberries
hulled and halved

¼ cup lime juice
fresh
2 tablespoons sugar
For the yogurt:
2 cups yogurt, plain
nonfat
¼ cup sugar
1 tablespoon lime zest
freshly grated
1 tablespoon lime juice
fresh

Directions

In a large bowl, toss melon, strawberries, lime juice and sugar.

Let stand for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine yogurt, sugar, lime zest and juice, stirring until sugar is dissolved.

Cover and refrigerate until chilled.
