Directions

Mix cornstarch and sugar in a pan.

Add syrup drained from the fruit cocktail and the orange and lemon juices.

Cook 5 minutes, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat and add fruit and cloves.

We had leftover fruit cocktail sauce from last night's ham steak dinner. It made a wonderful topping for this morning's French toast breakfast.
