Directions

Remove skin and any bones from chicken and chop into a bite sized cubes.

Mix flour and pepper on a plate or shallow bowl and dredge chicken until coated.

Heat oil over medium high heat in a skillet.

Cook coated chicken until golden brown.

Add pineapple and cook for 5 minutes more.

In a small bowl, combine soy sauce, vinegar, and cornstarch.

Add sauce to pan and simmer for 5 minutes
