DOUBLE NUTTED BANANA BREAD (Sherri)
A great way to use those old bananas. (If bananas are getting old on the counter, peel first, stuff in zip lock bag and freeze--save for smoothies or banana bread or muffins.)

1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup sugar

1/4 tsp vanilla
2 medium sized bananas, mashed

Directions
Mix soda, flour and salt. set aside. In large bowl, creme butter and sugar. Beat in vanilla and bananas and eggs. Add four mixture. Beat just until blended. Add water. Stir in walnuts. Turn into greased 9 x 5 loaf pan. Bake 350 1 hour 10 min
