Directions

Put meat, flour, salt and pepper in crockpot and stir well to cover steak. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours, or high for 4 hours. Serve on noodles or potatoes.

I am looking for a recipe for chuck steak, and while this sounds good, no where in the list of ingredients does it say flour, yet the first line of directions it is calling for flour. This is why my recipes never come out right.
