Ingredients

2 pounds ground beef, lean
2 each garlic cloves
2 each onions
chopped
2 each green bell peppers
chopped
8 tablespoons chili powder
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
½ teaspoon allspice

½ teaspoon coriander

2 teaspoons cumin
salt
to taste

1 cup water
4 cups tomatoes
crushed
2 cans red kidney beans

Directions

Cook beef, garlic, onion, and green pepper in a heavy skillet over medium-high heat, stirring frequently to break up meat.

Cook until onion is soft and meat has lost its pink color.

Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil.

Cover and reduce heat.

Simmer the chili for 45 minutes, stirring frequently.

To make it hotter, add cayenne pepper or tabasco sauce.

Serve with anything you want.
