Directions

Make a traditional white sauce and add the mashed garlic while slowly simmering. Stir in the mozzarella cheese little bit at a time making sure that it is melted, add the salt and freshly grounded black pepper. Cut the bread in slices and toast both sides until brown. Place the toast in an oven dish and pour the sauce over the toast. Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese over the sauce and bake in an high preheated oven for 7 to 10 min, or until the cheddar is golden brown. Remove and serve immediately. Alternatives: Sprinkle cayenne pepper to make it spicy and hot. Add fried finely chopped onions to the sauce.
