Directions

Preheat oven to 350℉ (180℃).

Prepare a pan(s) with cooking spray and flour.

In a mixing bowl, combine applesauce, egg whites, orange juice, bananas, and pumpkin.

In another mixing bowl, combine flour, sugars, cinnamon, cloves, baking powder, baking soda, and raisins.

Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened.

Pour into prepared pan(s).

Bake for 1¼ hours depending on pan size.
