Directions

Spilt brinjal into 4 halves without opening the brinjal.

Add oil and fry the brinjal until it softens

Ground to paste.

Groundnut, poppy seed, red chillie.

PREPARATION:

Add oil cumin seeds, cinnamon and cloves,

Add onions, salt and gg past ad fry until golden.

Brown.

Add ground paste and water. Cook in low flame for few mins.

Add brinjal and cook for few mins.
