Delicious, moist and light. This coffee cake is a great dessert to end the meal without feeling guilty and satisfies the sweet tooth. Of course, with a cup of freshly brewed coffee, hmmm, yum.

Directions

Preheat oven to 400℉ (200℃).

Grease 9 x 1½ inch round cake pan with butter.

Mix all ingredients except Streusel Topping until moistened.

Mix all Streusel Topping ingredients until crumbly.

Spread batter evenly in pan, sprinkle with Streusel Topping.

Bake until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean, about 20 to 25 minutes.

Serves warm or at room temperature.
