Directions

Preheat oven to 325 degree.

Grease and flour a 9x5-inch loaf pan.

Beat oil, eggs, and vanilla together.

In a separate bowl, combine flour, sugars, cinnamon, salt, baking soda, cloves, and baking powder; beat into the egg mixture.

Stir in apples and raisins.

Pour into prepared loaf pan.

Sprinkle flour-coated nuts over batter.

Bake for 60 to 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.

Cool for 10 minutes before removing bread from the pan.

Cool completely on a wire rack.
