Directions

Mix oats, cereal, flour, sugar, soda and spices. Cut in butter or margarine until crumbly. Pat half the mixture into a 8x8x2 inch baking dish .

Bake in 350℉ (180℃) oven 10 minutes.

Prepare pudding mix according to package directions except use the 1½ cups milk. Pour over crumb layer. Mix remaining ingredients; spoon over pudding. Top with remaining crumbs. Bake, uncovered, in 350℉ (180℃) oven 30 to 35 minutes. Serve warm or cool with ice cream, if desired.
