Apple Cheese Pancakes
Apple and cream cheese pancakes. A great way to change-up Sunday breakfast.
cream cheese (reduced-fat)
Mix together the cream cheese, apples, salt, flour, honey, lemon juice, almonds and cinnamon in a large bowl.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and gently fold into the dough mixture.
Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray and heat over medium-high heat.
Once hot, drop batter to form pancakes.
Turn when bottom is browned, a few minutes then flip to brown the other side, about one minute.
