Ingredients

2 cups sourdough starter

1 cup milk
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
slightly beaten
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon salt

Directions

Combine starter, milk and flour.

Cover and let stand overnight.

Add remaining ingredients and stir until smooth.

Cook on hot griddle or pan.

Serve with fresh berries, fruits and maple syrup if desired.
