Directions

Mix the banana, grapes, oranges, kiwi, and orange juice.

Divide the ice cream into four bowls.

Pour the fruit mixture over the ice cream and then sprinkle with the shredded coconut.

I like this recipe, but do you have to add the kiwi fruit?

You don't have to add the kiwi fruit, this recipe is quite flexible, you can basically add whatever your favorite fruits, such as apples, honeydew, or cantaloupe... They all work well in this recipe!
