Ingredients

1 can beef stock
can

1 can rotel chiles and tomatoes
can

1 can mushrooms, canned
½ cup celery
chopped
½ cup green bell peppers
or red, chopped
½ cup onions
chopped
½ cup scallions, spring or green onions
chopped
½ stick margarine

1 ½ cups rice
uncooked
1 pound shrimp
peeled and deveined

Directions

Put all ingredients into rice cooker; stir.

Plug in for 20 minutes.

Stir occasionally while cooking.
