Pan-Fried Salmon Cakes

Ingredients

433.5 ml/g salmon
cooked
1 slice bread
shredded
45 ml green bell peppers
minced
15 ml all-purpose flour
1 eggs

45 ml vegetable oil
0 garlic cloves
minced, to taste

to taste

0 scallions, spring or green onions

Directions

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Form 8 patties about ½ inch thick.

Cook in warm pan until browned on both sides, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.

Serve warm with sauce of choice.
