Give your meal a new look by adding this simple salad that combines classic flavors of creamy fresh mozzarella, tomatoes and basil.

Directions

Slice cheese to about the same thickness you will slice the tomatoes.

Slice tomatoes.

On large platter, arrange alternate slices of cheese and tomatoes.

Sprinkle with basil.

DRESSING:

Combine vinegar, salt, pepper and olive oil in a small bowl or measuring cup.

Drizzle over tomatoes and cheese.

Let marinate at room temperature for up to 1 hour before serving.

i switched out the vinegar for fresh lemon juice and seasoned w/salt, garlic & onion powder also; very delish!
