Ingredients

3 tablespoons butter
1/2 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons flour, all-purpose
1/8 teaspoon black pepper

1 1/2 cups milk
3/4 teaspoon parsley flakes

1 cup mushrooms
fresh

2 cans green beans
*
1 large egg yolks
3 tablespoons onions
1/8 teaspoon paprika
*
2 cups bread crumbs
buttered
1/2 cup butter
(for bread crumbs)

Directions

Make cream sauce of butter, salt, pepper, flour and milk.

Add beaten egg yolk, onion, parsley flakes, paprika, and mushrooms. Cook for 1 minute.

Place green beans in buttered casserole dish and pour sauce over green beans and top with buttered bread crumbs.

Bake in oven at 350℉ (180℃) for about 1 hour.
