2. Stress Dries You Out.

When you are stressed, you can become very dehydrated. Your skin and hair require good hydration to remain healthy. Stress promotes the release of certain hormones that will affect your blood flow significantly. Your blood will be redirected from your skin toward other organs. When this happens, your skin does not receive the oxygen that it needs to remain healthy. As a result, irritants are released. This can cause problems such as acne or other skin blemishes, as well as discolouration.

5. Stress Can Cause Hair Loss.

When stress leads to constriction of blood vessels, hair follicles can begin to die. When this occurs, your hair will begin to fall out.
