Hot peppers and hotdogs

I am looking for a recipe for canning hot peppers and weiners, (but not in tomato sauce).

Can anyone help?

I am new to canning and cooking.

2 lb. hot dogs
hot peppers
4 c. vinegar
8 c. sugar
5 Tbsp. pickling spice
5 tsp. salt

Soak hot dogs in salt water for 2 hours. Drain and
rinse. Clean peppers. Cut hot dogs and peppers into 1-inch
pieces. Mix together and put into jars. Cook vinegar, sugar,
pickling spice and salt until comes to a boil. Pour into jars
over hot dogs and peppers and seal.

Vegetarian Pot Stickers

Delicious! Really delicious. Next time I want to try making them with some other vegetables. One little pointer about the stock used: I used the water I'd soaked the mushrooms in, and I only needed about 1/2 C, not the whole 2 C recommended. Also, when I added the stock to the hot oil, it spattered like crazy, so it's probably safer to turn the heat off first. I used just 1 T of oil in the pan and it worked fine.
