Baked Spinach and Ricotta Penne recipe
This hearty dish features jumbo pasta shells filled with a savory ground beef mixture, seasoned with garlic, onions, and herbs, then baked under a rich spaghetti sauce and melted mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. It’s a crowd-pleasing, make-ahead meal that’s freezer-friendly and skips ricotta for a lighter twist.
I looovvve this recipe! I have been making it for years, with rave reviews from my family, but I lost it. I was able to find it again on this site! Thank you so much.
This recipe was so easy to make, and it was scrumptious. The ricotta and mozzarella combination was excellent, cherry tomatoes were added into canned tomato, which gave the tomato sauce extra tasty sweetness. It was absolutely delicious!
Modified from a fine cooking recipe for a more reasonable serving size, a cheesy Italian baked pasta dish that's satisfying and filling for two.
Made this baked beef ziti for Sean's dinner two days ago, and he absolutely enjoyed it. He said the flavor, seasonings and texture were just perfect. The creaminess and cheesiness from the ricotta and parmesan mixed with ziti were delicious. It was much easier than making lasagna, and it came out so flavorful and tasty!
Italian gnocchi with spinach and white beans topped with melted mozzarella and Parmesan. Comes together quickly and hits all the right notes. An easy and delicious vegetarian dinner to make for your family.
A cheesy baked pasta casserole with minced beef and some Italian flair.
Beef stuffed inside large pasta shells topped with gooey cheese then baked to perfection designed to serve two people.
Much better than classic Macaroni and Cheese. This version still has lots of cheesy flavor but is baked with juicy tomatoes and lots of mushrooms. Serve with a simple salad and make with whole wheat macaroni for a serious boost to the health value that's packed with flavor. A great family casserole.
Awesome, this is the best pasta I have ever had. I couldn't believe how flavorful it came out, perfectly balanced on both flavor and texture.
Made the vegetarian version of this recipe, and it turned out cheesy and delicious.
This recipe was given to me by a former co-worker. It is much lighter and healthier than regular lasagna.
Quite easy to put together, and the dish tasted delicious. Will definitely make it again!
We liked it very much. The flavour is strong so make sure you serve it to those who like fish or cut down on the smoked salmon.
A long slow simmer makes this cheesy rich crowd pleaser a certain hit when company is coming.
