Leftover Mashed Potato Supreme
Here's a great way to use up leftover mashed potatoes in a very dressy way. No one will complain about leftovers when this dish is set on the table. It works even better for serving leftovers to guests one or even two days later! :) Serve this as a side dish and it will dress up other leftover mains.submitted by

Ultimate Thanksgiving Leftovers Sandwich
I normally eat three to four times as much as other family members at a sitting, but since we usually have guests over on Thanksgiving, I have to pretend my stomach isn't a bottomless pit and eat the average amount. Afterwards, though, I always sneak in and make myself a few (yes, plural) of these sandwiches, inspired by the thanksgiving sandwich Ross made in an episode of Friends once.submitted by

What comes to mind when you think of French cuisine? Lavish food? Cream and butter? Red wine? Pastry? Big price tag? There are many facets...
Very good. I used cooked chicken breast and canned chicken rather than the baked and deboned. In the future, I would not put the cheese on at the beginning of the baking. Rather I would bake the dish for about 25-30 minutes then top with the cheese to melt the last 5. I felt that the cheese being on the top inhibited the rolls from baking completely. the edges that were not covered with cheese were very flaky while the cheese covered areas seemed a bit soggy.
