Banda Kopir Tarkari (Vegetables Stir Fried with Spices)
In Bangladesh, cabbage is usually available in the market during the winter season, as are tomatoes, peas and carrots. So this dish appears quite frequently at Bengali dinner tables during the winter. In the markets where such vegetables are available year round, banda is a popular standard.submitted by

Char Kway Teow (Stir-Fried Rice Noodles)
Nothing is more fascinating and delicious than eating at the open- air street hawker centers in Asia, particularly in Singapore. Each stall serves a specialty, typically an honest, unpretentious, home-style dish for $1 to $3 a plate. This rice noodle dish is hawker food at its best. If done right, its fragrance will tell you how good it's going to be as soon as it arrives at your table.submitted by

One day I had a yen for hamburgers so I ventured to my local supermarket. I detest the supermarket pre-made patties. First, their quality is always...
This is a great dish if you love black pepper. I also add a bag of defrosted pearl onions to the last 5 minutes of cooking time and I cook my meat longer since we like very well done meat. I have made this twice and the quality of the meat really makes a difference.
