Never need to order take-out again. I followed the recipe and made the dish for dinner last night, and it was absolutely delicious. My 4-year-old told me that she wanted the same food again tonight :)

Gow gees are crispy fried Chinese dumplings filled with pork, shrimp, dried mushrooms, and scallions. Served with classic homemade sweet and sour sauce. Makes 48 for a crowd.

Warm tortillas loaded with shredded smoked turkey, black beans, pepper jack cheese and crunchy coleslaw, drizzled with a sweet honey barbecue sauce. Dinner in 20 minutes flat.
