Oatmeal Raisin M&M Cookies

Rich and flavorful, these cookies are packed with add-ins and can be made in jumbo or regular size.
|1 1/2||cups||brown sugar, light||firmly packed*|
|1 1/4||cups||flour, all-purpose||unsifted|
|3||cups||oats||old-fashioned or quick|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large bowl with electric mixer, cream butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
On low speed, blend in flour, baking powder, and baking soda until smooth; stir in milk, oats, M&Ms and raisins; mix well.
Lightly grease baking sheets, or spray with nonstick cooking spray.
For jumbo cookies, drop a level 1/4 cup dough onto prepared sheets; flatten slightly; bake 15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
For regular-size cookies, drop by rounded tbsp, and bake 12 minutes.
Cool completely on wire racks.
Makes 24 jumbo cookies or about 50 regular-size cookies.
