I use this recipe and it is really quite good, even with the golden raisins. I use balsamic vinegar. I like to reserve some of the dressing to add right before serving to make it a little creamier. Also, I prefer to dice my cheese.

Also I made these chocolate pumpkin oatmeal cookies, they were wonderful, I used 2 whole eggs, and 1 cup whole wheat pastry flour and 1/2 cup all purpose flour, and cookies are much healthier still yummy. Definitely my keeper.

Lovely pudding cake, I love chocolate, this chocolate coffee pudding cake definitely satisfied me, the top was firm, underneath was moisten, and the huge chocolate flavor with the coffee together, really delicious.
