Weeks ago, we made two small jars of basil pesto, so we were trying to find some ways to use up the pesto, this recipe was really good, pesto and sun-dried tomato were excellent combination, also the green peas and carrots not only gave the salad colors but also balance the flavor, after we made it, put into the refrigerator for a couple of hours, then all the flavor was combined very well, a great recipe.

We bought a bag of zucchini last weekend, then found this recipe, it was very easy to make, only a few ingredients, and the flavor was very good, it is a good way to cook zucchini. After chilled, the soup was tasted even better. It should be good in summer too.

Frittata is one of my favorite breakfast, I tried this recipe for today's breakfast, I cut it into the half, so I used a smaller non-stick skillet, also I used my leftover canned Italian cherry tomatoes, and the result was very good, my husband said it is the best frittata he had ever tried, already added it into my recipe box. Definitely will make it again.

This apple ricotta pie turned out very beautiful and delicious, I used homemade granola instead of the cereal, and this recipe is much lower fat and less calories, very enjoyable this guilt free dessert.

These stuffed zucchini rolls were fantastic, always want to find some good zucchini recipes, this definitely is the one, so easy to make, like the juicy, creamy and tasty stuffing, chilled zucchini slices is very good combination with the fillings, next time when we have company to come over, definitely will make these rolls again.

Very impressive, made this recipe for lunch earlier today, it turned out great, very flavorful and light, I used kidney beans and homemade enchilada sauce that was made of tortillas, definitely a good recipe that is worth to make it again and again.

Wow, this turned out amazing. I don't like skin but the outside turned out amazingly crispy. I used home-made chicken broth and dried shitake mushrooms along with Enoki straw mushrooms I found at a Chinese supermarket. Excellent and best of all it was very quick and very easy. Literally 15 minutes later it was ready to eat. See the photo that I've uploaded for the results.

Great recipe! I made them and served them warm with a spicy honey mustard and some country ham piled on them and not a crumb was left!!! You gotta try these:)
