10 minOrange, lemon, and pineapple juice come together in this classic party punch that hits sweet, tart, and fizzy all at once. The frozen concentrates do the flavor work while ginger ale brings the bubbles and a little spicy bite.
Mix everything except the ginger ale ahead of time and keep it chilled. Add the ginger ale and ice right before guests arrive so you get maximum fizz in every cup. Flat punch is sad punch.
This is a big-batch beverage built for showers, cookouts, and holiday gatherings where you need something crowd-friendly that isn’t just soda.
Kitchen Tips
- Dissolve the sugar in a cup of warm water first, then let it cool before adding to the bowl. Undissolved sugar sinks to the bottom
- Make ice cubes from extra juice instead of water so the punch doesn’t get diluted as they melt
- Chill every ingredient thoroughly before combining for the coldest punch without excess ice
Variations
- Skip the sugar and use diet ginger ale for a lighter version
- Add a splash of grenadine for a rosy pink color and a hint of cherry sweetness
- Freeze fruit slices (oranges, lemons, pineapple rings) and float them in place of plain ice cubes
