| 1 | each | instant pudding mix | package, (any flavor) |
1 x flour 1 x sugar 1 x vegetable shortening 1 x salt 1 x oil, hydrogenated 1/4 c Oil 1 each Egg Flour, sugar, shortening, salt, and hydrogenated oil combine to form 1 cup of mixture to substitute for commercial biscuit dough.
Mix dry ingredients together, then add wet.
Shape into balls and place on ungreased cookie sheet.
Push your thumb into each one to flatten a little and criss cross some fork lines.
Bake at 350 for about 5-8 min.
