This tasty bread made with bisquik and mozzarella cheese tastes amazing plain or toasted.

Ingredients

1 each spinach frozen package, thawed, drained well
1 cup biscuit baking mix (bisquick)
1/4 cup vegetable oil
3 large eggs
1 tablespoon onion chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese cubed
1/2 cup parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated

Directions

Grease small loaf pan. Mix all of the above ingredients together by hand. Pour into loaf pan. Bake about 30-45 minutes at 350 degrees.

Can be served hot or cold.

Rice Krispie Squares

This recipe is great. I would suggest that melting the butter and marshmallows in the microwave instead. That way their is less clean up and you would be less likely to burn the two ingredients. Also, I suggest trying to add white chocolate chips to the recipe.
