Ingredients

3 large tomatoes diced
2 small cucumbers sliced
1 small onion diced
3 each scallions, spring or green onions
1 large green bell pepper diced
1 each green chili peppers hot, minced
1 cup parsley leaves fresh,
1 tablespoon vinegar
1 x, salt to taste
1 x salad dressing, vinaigrette oil and lemon

Directions

Toss all the ingredients together in a bowl.

Add the dressing and vinegar and mix well.
