| 1 | each | celery | stalk, chopped |
| 2 | tablespoons | vegetable oil | |
| 4 | cups | kidney beans | cooked, drained |
| 1/2 | cup | tomato sauce | |
| 3 | tablespoons | vinegar | |
| 2 | teaspoons | molasses | |
| 1 | teaspoon | basil | |
| 1 | teaspoon | oregano | |
| 2-3 | tablespoons | chili powder |
Saute onion and celery in oil until soft. Add remaining ingredients and simmer over low heat for 20 minutes. Serve or chill several hours and reheat to serve.

I remembered I added this recipe months ago, I found it from a cooking magazine, yesterday my husband tried this recipe, and it was delicious, rich and tasty, and the rolls were just beautiful.
