1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vegetable shortening
2 large eggs
1 cup flour, all-purpose
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup milk
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

Combine ingredients.

Pour into muffin cups and bake until browned.
