A rich and scrumptious quiche made with bacon slices, swiss cheese and a tasty light cream.

Ingredients

6 each bacon slices cooked
3 each egg
1/2 cup swiss cheese shredded
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup onion minced
1/4 teaspoon sugar
1 dash cayenne pepper
1 each pie shell (9 inch) deep, frozen
1 cup cream light

Directions

Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion in bottom of frozen pie shell. Beat together eggs, cream and seasonings. Pour egg mixture into pie shell.

Bake in preheated 425 deg oven for 15 minutes on bottom shelf. Reduce temperature to 325 deg and continue baking 20 minutes or till knife inserted comes out clean.

Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.

OK soup. Would recommend some toasted ground cumin to give it a bit of depth, perhaps a 1/2 teaspoon or so.
