Ingredients

2 pounds beef steak
1 1/2 pounds onions
1/2 pound mushrooms
10 ounces guinness
10 ounces stock

Directions

Cut meat into fairly large chunks and roll in seasoned flour.

Brown in hot fat and remove from pot.

Chop onions roughly and fry gently for 2-3 minutes.

Return meat to pot. Add all other ingredients. Bring to the boil, reduce heat and simmer gently for 2 hours or until meat is tender.

100% Parmesan Chicken

This was nice, but could be improved. I'd add garlic to the coating next time and have something with a sauce accompanying. I had potato wedges and stir-fried mange tout. It needs something 'wet' with it. Chldren enjoyed it. I added cayenne pepper instead of black, which was nice.
