Ingredients

9 ounces apricots dried
2 tablespoons brandy
1 dash black pepper
1 dash thyme
1 dash garlic powder
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
18 ounces pork fillet
1 dash salt
1 1/2 ounces butter
6 ounces heavy whipping cream

Directions

The day before ,cover the dried apricots with water and cook Mix brandy and seasons with 1 tablespoon oil and brush the meat with it from all sides.and let it set for 30 minutes. Cook rice according to directions.

Heat the leftover oil and fry the meat in it until it is browned on all sides;add salt;take out meat and Add the apricots with the juice,leftover marinade and the butter little.

Add the cream and taste sauce and season more if Cut meat into slices and serve on rice with the apricots.
