| 1 | pkg | pudding mix, instant | pistachio flavour, large |
| 8 | ounces | whipped topping, prepared | |
| 16 | ounces | pineapple | crushed |
| 1 | cup | walnuts | chopped |
| 1 | cup | marshmallows | mini-sized colored |
In large bowl mix pudding and cool whip together. Add pineapple with liquid and mix. Add walnuts and marshmallows. Refrigerate for 8 hours before serving. This is a very colorful and delicious salad or dessert. You will get a lot of compliments.
This recipe is very close and almost as good as what is served at a local resturant here called Richard's. I'll make it again sometime.
