| 1 | pk | yeast, active dry | |
| 3 | cups | whole wheat flour | |
| 1 | teaspoon | salt | |
| 1 | cup | raisins, seedless | |
| 1 | cup | orange juice | plus 2 tb fresh or 2 tb orange juice concentrate |
| 1 | cup | water | warm, (110-115 degrees F) |
| 2 | large | egg whites |
Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select "whole wheat" and push "start."
I used 2 cups of white flour and only 1 cup of whole wheat and added some cinnamon. Turned out great, very moist and fluffy with a nice hint of orange.
