Ingredients

1 pk yeast, active dry
3 cups whole wheat flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup raisins, seedless
1 cup orange juice plus 2 tb fresh or 2 tb orange juice concentrate
1 cup water warm, (110-115 degrees F)
2 large egg whites

Directions

Put all the ingredients into pan in the order listed, select "whole wheat" and push "start."

Reviews

I used 2 cups of white flour and only 1 cup of whole wheat and added some cinnamon. Turned out great, very moist and fluffy with a nice hint of orange.
